Orders will be shipped from different warehouses depending on the destination country.
SHIPPING TO EUROPE
You can expect your parcel between 7 to 10 days.
SHIPPING TO THE UK
You can expect your parcel between 4 to 7 days.
SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZELAND
You can expect your parcel between 7 to 10 days.
SHIPPING TO THE USA AND CANADA
You can expect your parcel between 1 to 12 days.
Please note that the shipping time varies from country to country mainly because of their respective customs. We do not have control as to when they release a package and because of that, the shipping time we provide remains an estimate.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
There are factors that will affect the processing time as well such as incomplete payment, insufficient address information, or seasonal high demand. When this happens, we will reach out to the customer via email before the order is processed to ensure successful delivery.

Despite not having control over these, we will try our best to keep you informed with all of the information we can provide and is available for us to use.
Taxes and Duties: Placing an order with us does not include any possible customs tax or duties that your country might impose on packages coming outside of your country. You will be responsible for paying these charges and should you want to clarify the rates, please contact your country’s customs office.
Please note My Pretty Strap is not responsible for any delay caused by the destination country’s customs clearance process as that is solely up to them when to release your package and we do not have control over that.
Order Cancelation and Change Request
We accept 8 hours’ notice to cancel an order or update any changes such as quantity, color or strap size. Just feel free to contact us. We're available 24/7 at hey@myinnerwitch.co.
Please note that any request received after 8 hours period will no longer be accepted because we process orders immediately. Changes to orders cannot be made once processed.
We will still do our best to get a hold or cancel your order after 8 hours period but no guarantee. If we were able to do so you will be charged a $15 cancellation fee on account of the cost we incur for the item already being in production and the order being prepared.
Due of their limited supply and demand-based production, pre-ordered items cannot be cancelled.
